摘要: 采用水热合成法制备了扁六角状纳米氧化铝,在制备过程中添加NaNO3,通过调整NaNO3的加入量来考察其对氧化铝的形貌和性质的影响。采用N2吸附-脱附 、XRD、TEM、HRTEM等表征手段对制备的样品进行了表征。实验结果表明:是否添加NaNO3以及NaNO3添加量的多少不会改变勃姆石及氧化铝的晶型,但会使氧化铝的侧面变厚,即(100)和(111)面的面积增加;NaNO3的添加量太大会导致氧化铝的比表面积和孔体积变小,孔径增加。
Abstract: Well-crystallised flat hexagonal nano alumina was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method with addition of sodium nitrate additive. Changing the quantity of sodium nitrate to observe the transformation of alumina shape and its characters was conducted. The samples are characterized by BET, XRD, TEM, HRTEM and FT-IR techniques. The experimental results indicate that crystalline structure of alumina and boehmite are not changed by sodium nitrate addition and their quantities, but the profiles of alumina were larger than that without sodium nitrate additive, and the area of crystal planes (100) and (111) are increased. The larger quantity of sodium nitrate additive will make the area and pore volume of alumina decrease and the pore size increase.
