催化裂化装置油浆系统垢质的形成及抑制途径

SCALE FORMATION AND INHIBITION IN RFCC SLURRY

摘要: 介绍催化裂化装置油浆系统垢质形成的机理,分析油浆系统垢质的来源,结合催化裂化装置运行的实际情况提出抑制结垢的措施。催化裂化油浆垢质主要由催化剂、焦炭及少量金属化合物组成,主要来源于油气管线内结焦,其次是油浆在分馏塔塔底河循环过程结焦以及催化剂的沉积。通过稳定装置的运行条件、防止油气管线的垢质带入油浆循环系统、添加油浆阻垢剂减缓垢质生成等措施可以抑制结垢。

Abstract: The scale formation mechanism in slurry system of RFCC unit was introduced and analyzed. It is found the slurry scale is composed of catalyst, coke and metal compound and originates from deposition of catalyst, coking in transfer line, coking at the bottom of fractionator and slurry cycling with the coking in transfer line as the main reason. Stabilizing the operation conditions of RFCC will inhibit scale in transfer line from entering slurry system. Adding anti-scale agent in slurry is also an effective way to slow down scale formation.
