摘要: 以某石油公司567 kt/a轻石脑油异构化装置为例,对装填Pt/Cl-Al2O3低温异构化催化剂的C5/C6烷烃异构化装置流程进行模拟、优化,确定“脱异戊烷+一次通过+脱异己烷+脱戊烷”流程为该装置最佳工艺流程,产品异构化油的设计RON达到90.77%~91.23,蒸汽压为95.15~96.50 kPa,设计产品液体收率为97.22%~97.50%。该思路和方法可供国内C5/C6烷烃异构化装置工艺流程方案的选择和优化设计借鉴。

Abstract: The simulation and optimization were conducted for a 567kt/a light naphtha isomerization unit using Pt/Cl-Al2O3 low reaction temperature isomerization catalyst. Based on the once through mode (OT) for isomerization reaction, the best flowsheet of de-isopentane (DIP) + (OT)+de- isohexane (DIH)+de-pentane (DP) was finally selected. The design RON of product is 91.23/90.77 (SOR/EOR), the design RVP is 96.50/95.15kPa (SOR/EOR), and the design product yield is 97.22/97.50 (SOR/EOR) lv%. The ideas and analysis methods in this paper can be used as reference for similar units in China.
