摘要： 路的起点是原始创新和创造发明，所以首先探讨了什么是原始创新和发明创新，以及它们构思形成的途径。然后总结了国内将发明、创新用于改变现有企业发展方式的成功经验，探讨了国外转变经济发展形成新兴产业的成功途径。最后归纳总结了从创新发明到转变经济发展方式之路。

Abstract: The pathway starts from innovation and invention, therefore their meaning are defined first, their ways & means of formation are explored. Thereafter, how to utilize innovation and invention to transform the economic development of present enterprise and the formation of new enterprise is discussed.
