沥青质添加量对其加氢反应过程的影响

INFLUENCE OF ASPHALTENE CONTENT ON HYDROTREATING PROCESS

摘要: 以十氢萘为溶剂,研究了不同添加量下沥青质在高压釜中的加氢转化反应行为。结果表明,随着沥青质添加量的增加,小于200 ℃组分和焦炭的产率增加,脱氮率、残渣油中饱和分和芳香分的含量降低,沥青质转化率、脱硫率、加氢残渣油中胶质的含量均会出现最大值。加氢后所得沥青质的平均相对分子质量均小于原生沥青质,表明沥青质在加氢反应过程中发生了明显的烷基侧链和单元薄片的脱除反应。在纯沥青质加氢反应条件下,沥青质含量的增加不利于加氢反应的进行。

Abstract: The reaction characteristics of different asphaltene content on hydrotreating process were studied in an autoclave with decalin as a solvent. The results show that the <200 ℃ fraction and coke yield increase; The denitrogenation rate, saturated and aromatic contents in hydrotreated residue decrease; while the asphaltene conversion, desulfurization rate and resin content in hydrotreated residue have a maximum. The molecular weight of hydrotreated asphaltene is less than that of the primary asphaltene, indicating the removal of the alkyl side chains and unit chip of asphaltene in hydrotreating process. The increase of asphaltene content is unfavorable for asphaltene hydrotreating when the reactant is only asphaltene in reaction system.
