富氧推火燃烧技术在减压蒸馏装置加热炉上的应用

摘要: 介绍了富氧推火燃烧技术在中国石油大港石化分公司5 Mt/a原油减压蒸馏装置加热炉上应用的结果。根据该炉的情况,设计了一套用于炼油装置减压加热炉的富氧推火燃烧技术方案,实施该方案后,减压炉燃料能耗降低了5.95%,排烟氧体积分数降低了52.8%;富氧推火燃烧技术投资少、效益高,年节能净收益为215.6万元,投资回收期不到10个月。

Abstract: An oxygen-enriched pushing combustion technique is newly used in the furnace of a vacuum distillation unit with 5 Mt/a capacity for the first time in Dagang Company, CNPC. A special program is designed for the technique. Using this technique, the fuel consumption of the furnace is reduced by 5.95%; the oxygen content of exhaust gas is reduced from 4.54% to 2.14%. This is a high efficiency technology with less investment. The income from energy saving is 2.156 million Yuan/a. The payback period is less than 10 months.
