喷气燃料中金属离子对热安定性的影响

摘要: 采用过渡金属环烷酸盐作为携带剂,配制不同含量的喷气燃料溶液,考察了铜、铁、锌3种金属离子对喷气燃料氧化安定性的影响。结果表明,铜、铁、锌3种过渡金属离子的存在对动态热氧化安定性有明显的影响。3种过渡金属影响动态热氧化安定性的顺序为:铜>铁>锌。该结论对防止喷气燃料生产运输过程中受到金属离子污染有很好的指导意义。

Abstract: The effect of transition metal ions on thermal oxidation stability of jet fuel was investigated. Jet fuels with different concentration copper, iron and zinc using their naphthenates as metal precursors were used. The test results indicate that the existence of transition ions of copper, iron and zinc appreciably affects the dynamic thermal oxidation stability. The impact extent on dynamic thermal oxidation stability of jet fuels follows the sequence: copper>iron>zinc. The results are benefit to prevent jet fuel to be contaminated by metal ions in the production and transportation.
