重油催化裂化装置新配方MIP专用催化剂的工业应用

摘要: 介绍了新配方MIP催化剂在中国石油呼和浩特石化公司2.8 Mt/a催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。工业应用结果表明:使用新配方催化剂后,随着新配方催化剂在系统藏量中比例的增加,液化气产率呈下降趋势,轻油收率逐渐增加,油浆产率呈下降趋势,说明新配方催化剂的重油裂解能力强于原催化剂;生焦量逐渐降低,说明新配方催化剂的焦炭选择性优于原催化剂;同时新配方催化剂有助于多产丙烯。

Abstract: The commercial application of the new formula catalyst tailored for MIP process in the 2.8 Mt/a RFCC unit of PetroChina Huhhot Petrochemical Company was introduced. Compared with the original catalyst, the new catalyst has better heavy oil cracking ability, better coke selectivity, and higher light oil yield. LPG and slurry yield show a downward trend as the new catalyst inventory increases. The new formula catalyst is helpful to produce more propylene as well.
