摘要: 采用红外光谱仪对动植物油脂加氢产物进行分析,分别读取2 925,1 745,1 710 cm-1附近峰顶的校正吸光度,用A1745/ A2925 (A为校正吸光度)作为酯烷比,用A1710/ A 2925 作为酸烷比,以此来监控加氢产物中的脂肪酸酯类、脂肪酸类等化合物的含量。结果表明:酯烷比和酸烷比可有效区分不同工艺条件的加氢深度并用于工艺条件的筛选研究。
Abstract: The products of hydrotreated animal fats or vegetable oils were analyzed by IR spectrometer. The corrected height of the peaks at 2 925, 1 745, 1 710 cm-1 were used to calculate A1745/ A2925, a ratio of ester to alkane and A1710/ A2925 , a ratio of acid to alkane, which represent the contents of ester and acid in product, respectively. The results show that A1745/ A2925 and A1710/ A2925 are very effective to differentiate the hydrotreating depth, and can be used to screen the suitable reaction conditions for animal fats or vegetable oils hydrotreating processes.
