供氢剂对渣油加氢产品分布的影响

EFFECT OF HYDROGEN DONOR ON PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION OF RESIDUE OIL HYDROTREATING

摘要: 在高压釜中研究了负载型催化剂存在下的渣油加氢反应,通过对比分析添加供氢剂四氢萘前后产品分布的特点,得出供氢剂对渣油加氢产品分布的影响。结果表明:供氢剂的存在不能改变渣油的转化率,但气体收率和焦炭产率减少,并且气体中甲烷含量减少,同时添加供氢剂能够改善产品分布,使350~500 ℃馏分更多地转化成180~350 ℃馏分。

Abstract: Residue oil hydro-upgrading was studied in an autoclave with hydrogen donor and supported catalyst. The product distribution was analyzed to determine the effect of hydrogen donor. The results show that hydrogen donor has no effect on the conversion ratio, but reduces the gas and coke yield. And the methane content in the gas is also decreased. The hydrogen donor can improve the distribution of liquid product and convert 350?500 ℃ fraction to more 180-350℃ fraction.
