烟气脱硫、脱氮技术在催化裂化装置中的应用分析

摘要: 在分析和比较了几种催化裂化烟气脱硫、脱硝技术优缺点的基础上,中国石油四川石化有限责任公司2.5 Mt/a催化裂化(FCC)装置引进DuPont-Belco 公司的EDV?脱硫及LoTOxTM脱硝湿法洗涤技术。使用该技术后,FCC装置外排烟气污染物质量浓度大幅度下降,SO2质量浓度从2 020 mg/m3下降到35 mg/m3,NOx质量浓度从300 mg/m3下降到26 mg/m3,催化剂颗粒质量浓度从150 mg/m3下降到20 mg/m3,向大气减排量分别为4 625,638,303 t/a,外排废水的pH、COD(化学需氧量)、TSS(总悬浮物固含量)均低于设计值,达到国家排放标准要求。

Abstract: Based on the comparison of several FCC flue gas desulfurization and denitrogenization technologies, Sichuan Petrochemical Limited Liability Co. CNPC introduced Belco Company`s EDV ? desulfurization and LoTOXTM wet washing denitration technology for its 2.5 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit. By the technologies, the concentration of SO2 is reduced from 2020 mg/m3 to 35 mg/m3, the nitrogen oxides are lowered from 300 mg/m3 to 26 mg/m3and the catalyst particles are reduced from 150 mg/m3 to 20 mg/m3. The reduced amount of SO2, NOX and particles in the discharged flue gas are reduced significantly by 4 625 t/a, 638 t/a and 303 t/a, respectively. The pH, COD and total suspended solids of the discharged waste water are much lower than the design emission standards.
