掺炼催化裂化汽油的300 kt/a催化重整装置设计与开工

摘要: 介绍了中国石油青海油田格尔木炼油厂300 kt/a催化重整装置的工程设计和开工情况。针对该项目涉及到已有装置的搬迁和设备利旧,以及预处理部分掺炼催化裂化汽油的特点,中国石油工程建设公司华东设计分公司提出了催化剂级配装填、原料过滤和脱水、原料油混合比例控制3项技术措施,同时确定了重整工艺技术路线和设备的利旧方案。格尔木炼油厂300 kt/a催化重整装置自投料至今已经平稳运行接近1年,各项技术经济指标达到或超过设计要求,尤其是掺炼了部分催化裂化汽油作为重整原料,缓解了重整原料不足的情况,并解决了催化裂化中间馏分汽油硫含量高的问题;同时总建设投资减少约40%,有效地降低了装置能耗。

Abstract: Introduced are the engineering design and startup of 300 kt/a catalytic reforming unit in Golumd refinery. Considering the project involving the relocation or reuse of the existing devices and the characteristic of the blending FCC gasoline in the pre-processing part of the unit, three technical measurements (catalyst graded loading, raw material filtration and dehydration, and feed mixture ratio control) were adopted. The scheme of reforming process technology and equipment reuse was also determined. Golmud refinery 300 kt/a catalytic reforming unit has been running smoothly since feeding nearly 1 year, the technical and economic indicators meet or exceed the design requirements. The blending of catalytic cracking gasoline relieves the shortage of reforming feedstock. The sulfur content of the catalytic cracking middle distillate is also reduced. The total construction investment reduces by around 40%, and the energy consumption of the unit is effectively lowered.
