全局过程集成技术在炼油企业中的应用

摘要: 介绍了全局过程集成技术的特点,以某炼油企业为案例,运用SuperTarget软件为工具,阐述了该技术的具体应用方法和过程,并进行优化分析,给出了在现有工艺条件下公用工程理论最佳配置,公用工程等级优化的方向,全局夹点位置和热功联产潜力,以及工艺与公用工程系统联合优化的潜力。以分析结果为指导在案例炼油企业开展能量系统优化并实施,取得了31.4 MW的显著效果,应用结果表明,该技术对指导炼油企业能量系统优化效果明显。

Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics of total site integration technology. With a real case of oil refining enterprise and SuperTarget software, the method was introduced in detail and optimized. The theoretical optimal utility configuration, total site pinch position, the direction of the utility level optimization, potential heat and power co-generation, and the potential of the processes and utilities combination optimization were investigated. Guided by the above analysis, energy system optimization of the sample refinery was implemented. The energy saving of 31.4 MW is obtained. The application shows that the technology to guide energy system optimization of oil refining enterprises has an obvious effect.
