环保型SBS改性阻燃沥青性能研究

STUDIES ON PROPERTIES AND FLAME-RETARDED MECHANISM OF ECO-FRIENDLY SBS MODIFIED ASPHALT WITH FLAME-RETARDER

摘要: 采用氧指数测定法、动态剪切流变实验、弯曲梁流变实验和DSC-TG实验、扫描电镜(SEM)手段研究了环保型SBS改性阻燃沥青的性能;通过研究环保型阻燃剂对SBS改性沥青阻燃性能、物理性能、135 ℃运动黏度和高低温流变性能的影响确定了环保型阻燃剂的加入量;检测了环保型SBS改性阻燃沥青的环保性能。结果表明,环保型SBS改性阻燃沥青具有良好的阻燃性能、物理性能、热储存稳定性及环保性能,环保型阻燃剂可以提高SBS改性沥青的高温性能,但会影响低温性能;环保型阻燃剂的加入可以提高SBS改性沥青的热分解温度和开始燃烧温度,并且在沥青燃烧时可以减少烟密度及有毒烟气的释放。

Abstract: Research and development of a new environmental friendly flame-retarder asphalt were done for the reasons of the flame-retarder which is usually used now will smoke and produce large amounts of poison gas at high temperature, the influence of a compound environmental friendly flame-retarder on flame-retardancy property of SBS modified asphalt were studied by oxygen index test(LOI). The adding amount of compound environmental friendly flame-retarder is determined through the studies of the influence of a compound environmental friendly flame-retarder on flame-retardancy property, physical properties, kinematic viscosity at 135℃, rheological properties at high and low temperature of SBS modified asphalt.The environmental property of environmental friendly flame-retarder asphalt is studied. The rheological properties at high and low temperature and the flame-retarded mechanism of environmental friendly flame-retarded SBS modified asphalt were studied by dynamic shear rheometer,bending beam rheometer, DSC-TG and scanning electron microscope(SEM) test. The test results show that environmental friendly flame-retarder asphalt has good flame-retardancy, physical properties, storage stability and environmental property. The compound environmental friendly flame-retarder can improve the high temperature property of SBS modified asphalt, which can also slightly reduce the low temperature property of SBS modified asphalt. The compound environmental friendly flame-retarder also can increase heat decomposition temperature and initial burning temperature of SBS modified asphalt and the burning poison gas and smoke density was also reduced by it. The environmental friendly flame-retarder asphalt has good performance.
