铜铈改性提高催化裂化烟气脱硫助催化剂性能研究

摘要:

为降低催化裂化烟气中的SOx,采用溶胶凝胶法合成了富镁Mg-Al尖晶石,并通过共胶法进行金属氧化物改性制备得到催化裂化烟气脱硫助催化剂。在小型固定床反应装置上考察了不同镁铝配比和CuO、CeO2改性对助催化剂脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:镁铝摩尔比为1:1的尖晶石脱硫活性最高,经铜铈复合改性后,40 min内仍能保持90.67% 的SO2脱除率。物相结构分析、XPS、Raman光谱等分析结果表明:CeO2的引入抑制了MgO-CuO固溶体的形成,使CuO在尖晶石中更好地分散,具有更高的催化氧化活性;CuO的引入使得CeO2晶格上产生了更多的氧空位,提高了CeO2对O2的吸附能力。助催化剂催化氧化活性的增强和氧吸附能力的提高促进了SO2氧化为SO3,更易被Mg-Al尖晶石吸附,使其具有更好的SOx脱除能力。

Abstract:

Mg-rich Mg-Al spinel synthetized by Sol-Gel method and modified with CuO and CeO2 via co-gelling method was used to remove SO2 from FCC flue gas. Synthetic catalysts were evaluated on a fixed bed reactor and characterized with XRD, XPS, and Raman Spectra etc. Spinel with an mg-al ratio of 1:1 showed the highest SO2 removal activity. After modification of CuO and CeO2, it kept a desulfurization rate of 90.67% after 40 minutes. It was found that the generation of MgO-CuO solid solution was prevented in the presence of CeO2. So CuO had a better dispersion on the adsorbent surface and showed a better catalytic oxidation activity. At the same time, when CuO was added, oxygen defects were found in the lattice of CeO2 by Raman spectra. That improved the oxygen adsorption capacity of the catalyst. High catalytic oxidation activity and oxygen adsorption capacity of the catalyst enormously promote oxidation of SO2 to SO3, which is much easier to be adsorbed by spinel.
