塔河常压渣油及其脱沥青油的临氢热转化反应性能研究

STUDY OF THERMAL CONVERSION OF TAHE ATMOSPHERIC RESIDUE AND ITS DEASPHALTED OIL IN PRESENCE OF HYDROGEN

摘要:

以塔河常压渣油(THAR)为原料、正己烷为溶剂脱除沥青质后获得脱沥青油(DAO)。利用热重分析考察了THAR和DAO的热转化特性,结合元素分析、FT-IR、1H/13C-NMR和GPC等表征手段,对其分子结构参数进行了系统的分析研究,并在高压反应釜中考察THAR和DAO的临氢热转化反应性能。结果表明:DAO的热重残余量明显低于THAR,且热转化活性较高;与THAR相比, DAO的相对分子质量明显降低,芳香度由0.27降至0.22,总环数由8.45降至5.08,其中芳香环数由5.94降至3.16,环烷环数由2.51降至1.92,且THAR中芳香环数与环烷环数的比值约为DAO的1.44倍;DAO临氢热转化反应产物中汽油、柴油收率分别为22.57%和42.26%,较THAR分别提高4.48和9.05百分点,而焦炭产率仅为5.02%,较THAR降低18.64百分点,这与THAR的芳香度大、缔合度大、含较多缩合程度高的稠环芳烃及热重残余量大相符。

Abstract:

Using the atmosphere residue from TaHe (THAR) as the raw material, n-hexane as solvent to obtain C6-asphaltene and the deasphalted oil which was the feedstock for autoclave hydrothermal cracking evaluating experiments. The reaction characteristics of THAR and DAO were analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer and the molecular structure parameters were systematically investigated by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H and 13C-NMR and GPC. The results showed that the carbon residues in 700 ℃of THAR and DAO were 15.77% and 3.70% respectively. Compared with THAR, DAO had a higher weight loss in the given temperature, which indicated that DAO had a higher thermal cracking activity, so that the light components were more easily released in the presence of heat. By solvent deasphalting, the molecular weight reduced dramatically and the aromacity, total rings, aromatic rings and Naphthenic rings decreased from 0.27 to 0.22,8.45 to 5.08, 5.94 to 3.16 and 2.51 to 1.92 respectively. The ratio of Aromatic rings to Naphthenic rings in THAR was 1.44 times that of DAO. The hydrothermal cracking results showed that the yield of gasoline and diesel for DAO were 22.57% and 42.26%, which were increased by 4.48 and 9.05 percentage points respectively, and the yield of coke was only 5.02, which was reduce by 18.64 Which was associated with high aromaticity, association number, and carbon residue, containing high levels of highly condensed aromatic hydrocarbon.
