碳化二亚胺用作酯类液压油抗水解添加剂性能的研究

STUDY ON PERFORMANCE OF CARBODIIMIDE AS ANTI-HYDROLYSIS ADDICTIVE FOR ESTER HYDRAULIC OIL

摘要:

采用ASTM D2619-09《液压液水解安定性测试法》(饮料瓶法),按照不同添加量和水解时间考察了碳化二亚胺对季戊四醇酯液压油抗水解性能的影响,并讨论了其抗水解机理,同时对加入碳化二亚胺后的季戊四醇酯的其它性能进行了检测,以确定碳化二亚胺作为季戊四醇酯抗水解剂的可行性。结果表明:随着碳化二亚胺添加量的增多,季戊四醇酯的水解作用逐渐减缓,适宜添加量为(w)0.5%。随着水解时间的增加,碳化二亚胺的抗水解性能相比于某些胺类抗氧剂更强。碳化二亚胺的加入不会恶化其它理化性能,并对季戊四醇酯抗磨性有所提高。

Abstract:

The method of ASTM D2619-09(Beverage Bottle Method) was used to analyze the ability of anti-hydrolysis of hydraulic base oil pentaerythritolester(PE) containing carbodiimide at different addition and hydrolysis time. Other properties of PE containing carbodiimide were examined. The results show that the hydrolysis of PE tends to decrease with the increase of carbodiimide, and the proper accretion of carbodiimide is 0.5%(mass fraction) . Carbodiimide has better ability of anti-hydrolysis than other amine antioxidants with the increase of hydrolysis time. The carbodiimide will not worsen other properties of PE, and the tribologicalcharacteristics of PE increase with carbodiimide has been improved.
