不同类型渣油原料的加氢反应特性的差异

摘要: 采用相同催化剂级配方式,在相同工艺条件下进行加氢试验,考察了两类典型固定床渣油加氢原料的反应特性,结果表明:渣油加氢过程中较易发生加氢脱硫反应,而相对较难发生加氢脱氮和残炭前身物加氢转化反应;不同类型渣油原料的加氢反应特性不同,与硫含量较高、氮含量较低的原料相比,硫含量较低、氮含量较高的原料较难发生加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮和残炭前身物加氢转化反应;两种典型原料的反应特性差异主要与其杂原子含量、组分组成和分子结构有关。通过对加工两类典型渣油原料的固定床渣油加氢装置的工业运转情况的比较分析,也表明硫含量较低、氮含量较高的原料较难发生加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮和残炭前身物加氢转化反应。

Abstract: In order to investigate the reaction characteristics of two typical residue feedstocks in hydrotreating process, the hydrotreating test was conducted in a pilot unit with the same catalyst grading under the same reaction conditions. The results indicate that HDS is easy while HDN and HDCCR are difficult for both feeds; it is difficult to remove S, N and CCR for residues with low sulfur content and high nitrogen content, compared with the feed with high sulfur content and low nitrogen content. The difference in reaction characteristics is related to heteroatom content, component composition as well as molecular structure. The results are in consistent with the results of two commercial VRDS unit operations
