摘要: 针对酸性水罐内气体的控制与处理,介绍了几种常规控制、处理方法。结合某设计院提供的酸性水罐顶气处理技术的应用,提出了酸性水罐顶气体经水环真空泵升压,经水洗塔除氨、胺洗塔除H2S后送入火炬系统回收的方法。排入火炬回收系统的气体H2S降低至140μL/L,实现了气体组分的分类处理,效果显著。

Abstract: This paper introduced several conventional control and treatment methods for top gas of acidic water tanks. A new gas treatment technology was proposed and applied commercially, where the pressure of acidic gas was boosted by water ring vacuum pump followed by water washing to remove ammonia, the treated gas then entered into the amine tower to wipe out H2S, the cleaned gas was then discharged to flare system. The H2S concentration in the cleaned gas is reduced to 1.40μL/L. The classified process of gas components is realized in this way, and the effect is remarkable.
