延迟焦化外甩循环油降低循环比的可行性分析

摘要: 中国石油独山子石化分公司炼油厂延迟焦化装置在目前加热炉出口温度、焦炭塔操作压力和分馏塔蒸发段温度一定的条件下,采取外甩部分循环油出装置的手段降低循环油的循环比。结果表明,将循环比从0.4降低至0.13,延迟焦化装置蜡油收率上升9.44百分点,柴油收率下降3.37百分点,汽油收率下降2.38百分点,总液体收率提高2.96百分点,焦炭收率下降1.98百分点,能耗降低221.95 MJ/t。

Abstract: Under the consistent conditions of the outlet temperature of heating furnace, the operating pressure of coking tower and the evaporation zone temperature of fractionator, CNPC Dushanzi refinery reduced the circulation ratio of the unit from 0.4 to 0.13 by technique of partially circulating oil. The measures increase the wax oil by 9.44 percentage points and the total liquid yield by 2.96 percentage points, the yield of diesel, gasoline and coke is decreased by 3.37, 2.38 and 1.98 percentage points, respectively while the energy consumption is lowered by 221.95 MJ/t.
