硫磺改性乳化沥青的制备及其储存稳定性研究

摘要: 以胜利70号基质沥青为原料,在反应温度为130 ℃条件下加入10%(w)硫磺,首先制备硫磺改性沥青,然后在乳化剂A添加量为3.0%、增稠剂聚丙烯酰胺添加量为0.45%、稳定剂KCl添加量为1.5%的条件下乳化,制备了硫磺改性乳化沥青。通过针入度、软化点、延度、储存稳定性及恩式黏度等的测定,研究了乳化剂A和增稠剂添加量、硫磺改性方式及添加量等对改性沥青性能和储存稳定性的影响。评价结果表明,制备的硫磺改性乳化沥青能够满足普通乳化沥青标准的技术要求。

Abstract: The sulfur modified asphalt was prepared by adding 10% sulfur to sample asphalt at 130 ℃, followed by preparation of sulfur modified emulsified asphalt by mixing the product with emulsifier A 3%, thickening agent 0.45%, KCl 1.5%. Through the measurement of penetration, softening point, ductility, storage stability and Engler viscosity, the effects of different dosages of emulsifier A and stabilizer, the sulfur modification methods and the amount of sulfur added to asphalt on the performance and storage stability of emulsified asphalt were investigated. The evaluation results show that the prepared sulfur modified emulsified asphalt can satisfy with the requirements of the common emulsified asphalt standard.
