摘要: 介绍了TUD-DNS ODEP脱硝助剂在中国石化广州分公司重油催化裂化装置的应用情况。结果表明:针对非完全再生工况,当助剂占系统催化剂藏量的2.54%(w)时,烟气中NOx浓度由加剂前的210 mg/m3左右降至加剂后的110 mg/m3左右,脱硝率基本维持在48%左右;降低CO焚烧炉温度有利于提高NOx的脱除率;助剂的加入对装置操作、产品分布、产品性质无不良影响。

Abstract: The application of denitrification additive TUD-DNS ODEP in RFCCU of SINOPEC Guangzhou Company was introduced. The results demonstrate that when additive dosage is 2.54% of total catalyst inventory, the NOx content is reduced from 210 mg/m3 to 110 mg/m3 and the NOx removal rate is about 48%. Temperature reduction of CO incinerator improves the NOx removal rate; and the additive addition has no adverse influence on product distribution and properties.
