2.2 Mt/a增强型催化裂解装置运行情况分析

摘要: A 2.2 Mt/a DCC-plus unit using patent technology developed by RIPP was built in Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Limited Company and the dedicated catalyst was used. The plant was operated with atmospheric residue and hydrocracking tail oil as feedstocks to produce ethylene and propylene as main products and the cracking naphtha as by-product. The catalyst demonstrated good performance in ethylene and propylene yields, metal resistance, hydrothermal stability and fluidization. The yields of ethylene and propylene were steadily increased with the increasing the amount of dedicated catalyst, reaching as high as 4.56% and 20.08%, respectively, exceeding the design values. The yields of ethylene and propylene can increase by means of adjusting operating parameters.

Abstract: 中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的增强型催化裂解(DCC-plus)专利技术建设了一套2.2 Mt/a的催化裂解装置。该装置以常压渣油和加氢裂化尾油为原料,以乙烯、丙烯等低碳烯烃为主要目标产物,副产富含轻芳烃的裂解石脑油。装置自开工以来运行平稳,专用催化剂具有较高的低碳烯烃产率、较好的抗金属污染性能以及优良的水热活性稳定性和流化输送性能,且随着系统中专用催化剂比例的增加,乙烯和丙烯的收率稳步提高,最高分别达到4.56%和20.08%,均超过了设计值。在装置运行过程中,通过调整操作参数能够有效地提高乙烯和丙烯的收率。
