摘要: 从炼油厂低氢气成本涉及的原料来源出发,按照炼油厂全加氢流程,配套建设独立的制氢装置原料,分析了影响氢气生产成本的因素以及竞争性,分析量化了二氧化碳排放及国家征收碳税对工艺路线的影响深度,提出按照原料可获得性、经济性和可行性,分区域建设的优化建议。

Abstract: Starting from the low cost raw material sources for hydrogen production and according to all hydrogenation process of refinery that need an independent hydrogen plant, the factors affecting hydrogen cost and competition were analyzed to quantify the influence of carbon dioxide emission and national carbon tax on the processing route. Based on the raw material availability, economy and feasibility, suggestions for hydrogen production from different raw materials at different refineries are proposed.
