摘要: 从原料汽油性质,吸附剂载硫、载碳量和工艺操作3个方面分析了中国石化金陵分公司II-S Zorb装置精制汽油辛烷值损失大的原因,通过改变扬州汽油掺炼方式,提高吸附剂的载硫、载碳能力,降低循环氢量,降低反应压力和提高反应温度来降低精制汽油辛烷值损失,经过优化调整, 装置精制汽油辛烷值损失明显降低。

Abstract: The reasons of octane number loss of Jinling II-S Zorb unit gasoline were analyzed in three aspects of the properties of the raw material, the sulfur and carbon contents on adsorbent, as well as the process operation. The measures of changing the method for blending Yangzhou gasoline, improving the sulfur and carbon contents on the adsorbent, reducing the hydrogen flow rate, lowering the reaction pressure and increasing the reaction temperature were optimized and the octane loss of the refined gasoline was significantly reduced.
