制氢装置变压吸附现状分析及改造措施

摘要: 介绍了中国石化洛阳分公司制氢装置变压吸附(PSA)概况和改造情况,制氢PSA程序由10-2-4流程(10塔流程、2塔处于吸附、4次均压)改为8-1-4流程(8塔流程、1塔处于吸附、4次均压),增加原料预处理罐,工艺流程进行简单改造,实现了富氢气体直接进入PSA单元进行提纯回收氢气,吸附剂进行部分更换。工业标定结果表明:在富氢气体工况下(原料中氢气纯度达71.88%),氢气回收率为81.6%,产品氢中CO体积分数平均值小于1 μL/L,CO2体积分数平均值小于5 μL/L,产品氢纯度平均为99.52%,基本满足了用氢要求。

Abstract: The PSA unit status and retrofit in Luoyang Company were introduced. The PSA program was changed from 10-2-4 flow mode to 8-1-4 flow mode, raw materials pretreatment tank was added, and a simple revamping for the process scheme was conducted, the adsorbent was partially replaced. The hydrogen-rich gas can now directly enter the PSA unit for purification. The industrial calibration indicated that the recovery rate of hydrogen is 81.6% in the case of hydrogen-rich gas (hydrogen purity, 71.88%). The average content of CO in hydrogen product is less than 1μL / L, CO2 is less than 5μL / L, and the average purity of hydrogen product is 99.52%, meeting the requirement of the company.
