炼油企业柴油质量升级方案及工业应用

摘要: 根据国Ⅴ柴油质量升级要求,中国石化安庆分公司加快产品结构调整、提质增效升级步伐,采用先进加氢技术工艺,提出针对性较强的柴油质量升级方案,以2.2 Mt/a液相柴油加氢装置柴油质量升级改造、新建1.0 Mt/a催化裂化柴油(简称催化柴油)加氢转化装置为主要依托,辅以1.0 Mt/a柴油加氢装置、2.2 Mt/a蜡油加氢装置(生产柴油方案)柴油质量升级适应性改造项目,顺利完成国Ⅴ柴油质量升级目标的同时,拓宽了催化柴油出路,降低了企业柴汽比,公司效益得以提高。

Abstract: A pertinent diesel quality upgrading scheme is proposed in SINOPEC Anqing Company to meet the national standard of phaseⅤdiesel fuel production. The 2.2 Mt/a continuous liquid phase diesel hydrogenation unit was revamped and a new 1.0 Mt/a light cycle oil hydrotreating device was added. In addition, a 1.0 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit and a 2.2 Mt/a wax oil hydrogenation unit (for diesel production) were adaptively reconstructed. The upgrading target for production of national standard of phaseⅤdiesel fuel is achieved successfully,and at the same time,the use of light cycle oil could be broadened,further the company benefit is improved by reduction of the diesel/gasoline ratio.
