连续重整-C5/C6异构化组合工艺技术及其工业应用

摘要: 中国石化塔河炼化有限公司采用连续重整-C5/C6异构化组合工艺,以加氢石脑油为原料,通过提高分馏塔的分离精度等优化设计,使塔顶以及塔底馏分分别满足异构化和连续重整催化剂对原料的技术指标要求,从而在取消苯抽提装置的情况下能够生产RON不低于100且苯质量分数不大于0.91%的重整汽油以及RON为85以上的C5/C6异构化汽油。工业应用结果表明:通过控制原料中苯的前躯物含量,重整汽油在RON为100.8时,苯质量分数为0.50%;采用C5/C6低温异构化-脱异己烷塔工艺,异构化汽油RON大于85;采用连续重整-C5/C6异构化组合工艺使95号出厂汽油的苯体积分数降至0.24%,远低于国Ⅵ车用汽油要求的技术指标。

Abstract: The combination process of continuous reforming-C5/C6 isomerization was adopted in Sinopec Tahe Petrochemical Company with hydrofined naphtha as raw material. By optimizing plate number of the prefractionator, the separation accuracy was improved. The effluents at top part and bottom part of the fractionators could meet the requirements of the C5/C6 isomerization catalyst and continuous reforming catalyst, respectively. The combined process can produce reforming gasoline with RON 100 and benzene content less than 0.91% and C5/C6 gasoline with RON ≥85 without benzene extraction unit. The industrial results showed that Controlling benzene precursor in feed and RON of reforming gasoline of 100.8, the benzene content is 0.5%; by C5/C6 isomerization at low temperature-dehexane tower combined process, the RON of isomerate is up to 85; while the combined process of continuous reformer - C5/C6 isomerization can make the content of benzene in the factory gasoline as low as 0.24%, much lower than the requirements of China V standard gasoline.
