滤液回用对分子筛及催化剂性能的影响

摘要: 使用催化剂及分子筛制备过程产生的滤液作为交换介质,制备了分子筛并对其进行了XRF,XRD,BET,DTA表征,以该分子筛作为活性组元制备分子筛催化剂并与常规催化剂进行活性稳定性及裂化性能的比较。结果表明:使用回用滤液交换分子筛并没有使分子筛的化学组成、晶体结构、孔道结构发生变化,但减少了原材料的损失及新鲜水的加入量;采用分子筛及催化剂滤液作为分子筛交换介质制备的催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性及裂化性能。

Abstract: Using the filtrates of zeolite and catalyst preparation process as exchanging medium, the zeolites and catalysts thereof were prepared and characterized by XRF、XRD、BET、DTA techniques. Their activity stabilities and cracking performance against conventional catalysts were tested. The result showed that the prepared catalysts have good activity stability and cracking performance; the chemical composition, crystal structure and pore structure of the zeolites are not changed by the reuse of filtrate, while the amount of fresh water and raw materials are effectively reduced, lower production cost and the environmental requirements are achieved.
