催化裂化油浆结构表征及提高其抗老化性能的实验研究

摘要: 催化裂化油浆的高温稳定性差,直接作为软组分与脱油沥青调合时会造成调合沥青的针入度比低、抗老化性能差,而采用交联缩合技术能改善油浆的抗老化性能,但存在反应后油浆调入量增大、经济效益低的问题。针对上述问题,采用红外光谱、核磁共振及凝胶色谱等对中国石化洛阳分公司催化裂化油浆老化前后的结构进行表征,并在此基础上采用一种小分子醛类化合物对油浆进行改性反应。结果表明:油浆组成以饱和烃及含短侧链结构的芳烃为主;油浆老化过程中,芳烃脱氢缩合所导致的结构重质化是油浆抗老化性能差的主要原因;油浆经过改性后黏度小幅上升且在老化后保持稳定。改性反应能有效降低油浆中芳香组分的反应活性,使油浆抗老化性显著提高,同时又确保了其轻质组分的稳定。

Abstract: FCC slurry has a bad stability at high temperature, resulting in low penetration ratio and poor aging resistance of road asphalt product. The cross-linking condensation process can improve the aging resistance of the slurry, but makes it more dosage for blending asphalt and reduces the economic benefit. The structure of FCC slurry of Luoyang Company before and after aging procedure was determined by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC and then modified with small-molecular aldehyde agent. The research indicated that the slurry is mainly composed of saturated hydrocarbon and aromatics with short side chain; the dehydrogenation-condensation reaction is the main reason for poor aging resistance of slurry. The modification process makes the viscosity of slurry increase slightly and keeps the light components stable after aging, due to lowering the reactivity of aromatics in the slurry through modification reaction.
