大豆油衍生物的硼氮化改性及润滑性能研究

摘要: 以环氧大豆油为改性原料,通过甲酯化反应、环氧开环反应对大豆油甲酯的环氧基团进行改性,制备了一种硼氮化改性大豆油甲酯润滑油添加剂,并以三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯(TMPTO)、矿物基润滑油200DN和聚α-烯烃PAO25为基础油,考察硼氮化大豆油甲酯添加剂的极压减摩性能。结果表明:硼氮化大豆油甲酯是一种具有良好极压性能和减摩性能的润滑油添加剂,对3种基础油承载能力的提高以及对减磨性能改善由大到小的顺序为TMPTO>200DN>PAO25。

Abstract: Boron-nitrogen modified soybean oil methyl ester (ESOBN) was synthesized with epoxy soybean oil by methyl esterification, epoxide ring opening reactions. Then the extreme pressure and antifriction properties of ESOBN was examined using trihydroxymethyl propane oleate (TMPTO), mineral base lubricating oil (200DN) and poly alpha olefin (PAO25) as lubricating oil separately. The results showed that ESOBN is a kind of lubricating oil additive with excellent extreme pressure and antifriction properties. And the improved degree of extreme pressure and antifriction properties for the three kinds of test oils is TMPTO > 200DN > PAO25.
