DSO技术在催化裂化汽油加氢装置上的应用

摘要: 介绍了DSO技术在中国石油云南石化有限公司1.4 Mt/a汽油加氢装置上的应用情况。结果表明:装置在102%负荷运转条件下,催化裂化汽油硫质量分数为103 μg/g,轻重汽油切割质量比为36: 64,生产的混合汽油产品硫质量分数为11.4 μg/g,硫醇硫质量分数从18 μg/g降至不足3 μg/g,研究法辛烷值损失1.4个单位,低于设计值(1.7单位);汽油诱导期从168 min升至505 min;装置能耗为675 MJ/t,低于设计值(838 MJ/t)。经过7个月的运行,装置运行平稳,生产的混合汽油产品作为国V或国Ⅵ标准汽油调合产品进入全厂汽油池。

Abstract: The application of DSO technology in 1.4 Mt/a gasoline hydrogenation unit of Yunnan refinery was introduced. The data showed that at the conditions of feed S content of 103μg/g, the processing load 102%, and mass ratio of light gasoline and heavy gasoline of 0.36:0.64, the final gasoline product has sulfur content of 11.4μg/g. Mercaptan sulfur content reduces from 18μg/g to less than 3μg/g. The RON loss of gasoline is 1.4, lower than the design value 1.7, the induction period increases from 168 min to 505 min. The energy consumption is 675 MJ/t, less than the design value 838 MJ/t. After 7 months of operation, the unit runs smoothly, the gasoline product can be used as the China VI standard gasoline blending component.
