多种有机胺的中和缓蚀性能评定

摘要: 选取三乙胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、3-甲氧基丙胺、吗啉、乙二胺作为评定对象,采用酸碱中和滴定、气液平衡、腐蚀失重和电化学实验方法对上述胺类物质进行中和缓蚀性能评定。结果表明:5种有机胺中和性能由高到低的顺序为:乙二胺>吗啉>3-甲氧基丙胺> N,N-二甲基乙醇胺>三乙胺;溶解性能由低到高的排序为:三乙胺<乙二胺<3-甲氧基丙胺<吗啉< N,N-二甲基乙醇胺;缓蚀率由高到低的顺序为:乙二胺>N,N-二甲基乙醇胺>三乙胺>3-甲氧基丙胺>吗啉。复配溶液N,N-二甲基乙醇胺与乙二胺浓度比为7:1时,缓蚀率达到91.78%。

Abstract: The corrosion inhibition performance through neutratiing corrosive material of five organic amines (Triethylamine, N, N-Dimethylethanolamine, 3-Methoxypropylamine, Morpholine and Ethylenediamine) was investigated by acid-base neutralization titration, gas-liquid equilibrium, weight loss and the electrochemical technology. The neutralized performance order for the amines is Ethylenediamine > Morpholine > 3-Methoxypropylamine > N, N-Dimethylethanolamine > Triethylamine. The dissolved ability trend is Triethylamine < Ethylenediamine < 3-Methoxypropylamine < Morpholine < N,N-Dimethylethanolamine. The corrosion inhibition performance for the amines is Ethylenediamine > N,N-Dimethylethanolamine > Triethylamine> 3-Methoxypropylamine > Morpholine. When the mixture concentration rate of N, N-Dimethylethanolamine and Ethylenediamine is 7:1, the corrosion inhibition rate is 91.78%.
