半再生重整改造为逆流连续重整技术的研究

摘要: 以某炼油厂利用半再生重整装置异地改造为逆流连续重整装置为例,从产品质量升级、现有设备改造、公用工程及能耗、投资及技术经济等方面探讨了半再生重整装置改造为逆流连续重整装置方法及效果。结果表明,将半再生重整装置改造为逆流连续重整装置是对现有半再生装置技术升级的最佳途径之一。

Abstract: A semi-regeneration reforming unit was relocated and revamped to a counter-current continuous catalytic reforming configuration. The method and the effectiveness were discussed in terms of product quality, facility revamp, utility, energy consumption, investment, and technical economy. As a conclusion, SCCCR configuration is one of the best solutions for upgrading of semi-regeneration reforming process.
