煤焦油陶瓷膜净化处理技术的应用研究

摘要: 为了满足国内煤焦油加氢工艺的要求,进一步提高煤焦油的纯度,选取50 nm的中空陶瓷膜对煤焦油进行过滤实验,同时进行了稳定性和清洗实验。研究结果表明:在过滤温度140 °C、 操作压力0.3 MPa的条件下,煤焦油的重金属、灰分、水分去除率可达到90%左右,陶瓷膜经清洗剂清洗后膜的渗透率可恢复至初始的90%左右,为煤焦油陶瓷膜高效净化的工业应用奠定基础。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of domestic coal tar hydrogenation process, 50nm ceramic membrane was used to filter the coal tar in this study. The results showed that the optimum filtration temperature is 140℃ and the optimum operating pressure is 0.3 MPa. The removal rate of heavy metal, ash and water can reach 90%. After cleaning the membrane the flux recovered to 90%.
