环保型液化气深度脱硫LDS技术的开发与工业应用

摘要: 针对现有技术的不足,采用超重力技术强化液化气碱洗脱硫醇的碱液再生过程,开发了环保型液化气深度脱硫(LDS)成套技术,使硫醇钠氧化反应的转化率提高至95%以上,二硫化物的分离率提高至98%以上,实现了循环碱液的高效再生。在中国石油A石化0.30 Mt/a液化气脱硫醇装置上的工业应用结果表明,以胺洗后硫醇硫质量分数为80 μg/g的催化裂化液化气为原料,经LDS技术处理后,产品液化气的硫质量分数不大于10 μg/g,同时新鲜碱液消耗较采用Merox技术时降低90%以上,全厂经济效益增加近1 100万元/a,碱渣排放接近零,环保效果显著。

Abstract: The development and application of environment-friendly LPG deep desulfurization(LDS)technology were introduced. Through Higee process intensification,the oxidation reaction of mercaptan sodium to disulfide and the separation process of disulfide from caustic were coupled into one step,while both high oxidation conversion rate as above 95% and high separation ratio as above 98% were achieved. Results of commercial application in a 0.3 Mt/a LPG sweetening unit in Company A of PetroChina showed that FCC LPG after amine washing with 80 μg/g of mercaptan was taken as the feed, low sulfur content of LPG product with less than 10 μg/g is gained,while the amount of fresh caustic is reduced by more than 90% compared with the Merox process and nearly zero spent caustic is discharged. The economic benefit of the whole factory increases by nearly ¥ 11 million yuan /a
