摘要: 中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司1.0 Mt/a连续重整装置采用改进后的逆流移动床连续重整技术进行设计和应用。优化后的逆流连续重整装置压力分布正常,运行平稳。标定结果表明,国产PS-Ⅵ催化剂在轻微硫、氮中毒、原料芳烃潜含量(简称芳潜)比设计值低5.7百分点的情况下,装置的纯氢产率为3.53%,C5+收率为89.63%,脱戊烷油的芳烃质量分数为77.44%,催化剂粉尘产生量为3.99 kg/d。PS-Ⅵ在逆流连续重整装置上显示出良好的活性、选择性、抗磨性能和较好的抗硫氮冲击能力。

Abstract: The 1.0 Mt/a counter-current CCR unit in CNOOC Taizhou Petrochemical Company was designed with the improved countercurrent moving bed continuous reforming technology. The operation data exhibited good pressure drop distribution and smooth performance. Although the catalyst was slightly poisoned by sulfur and nitrogen and the potential aromatics content of feed was 5.7% lower than the design value,the hydrogen yield reaches 3.53%,the yield of C5+ is 89.63%,the mass fraction of the aromatics in the depentanizer bottom is 77.44% and the catalyst dust is only 3.99 kg/d. The PS-Ⅵ CCR catalyst showed excellent activity,selectivity,and good abrasion resistance and anti-poisoning ability.
