摘要: 采用分子模拟结合模型化合物微反裂解实验的方法,构建了环己烷和甲基环己烷模型化合物催化裂解的反应网络,分析了环烷烃在催化裂解过程中开环选择性不佳的原因。通过引入新型有特定孔道结构的IM-5分子筛催化剂,可有效强化催化裂解过程环烷烃选择性开环裂解,进而提高环烷烃分子在直馏石脑油催化裂解过程中的开环裂化选择性,促进低碳烯烃的生成。

Abstract: A cracking reaction network for cyclohexane and methyl-cyclohexane model compounds was established by using molecular simulation and micro-reaction tests to analyze the reasons for poor selectivity of naphthene cracking in catalytic cracking process of straight-run naphtha. It is found that, by using IM-5 zeolite with specific pore structure the ring-opening reaction selectivity of naphthene can be strengthened effectively, and more low carbon olefin obtain can be produced.
