硫化氢选择性氧化催化剂LS-06的工业试验

摘要: 通过新型载体选择及制备工艺和活性组分的优化,开发了一种硫化氢转化率及硫回收率良好的LS-06硫化氢选择氧化催化剂。LS-06催化剂中试生产和工业试验结果表明:在超级克劳斯入口气体中硫化氢体积分数为0.52%的条件下,硫化氢转化率为98.08%,硫回收率为91.04%,烟气SO2排放浓度均低于550 mg/m3,达到装置设计指标,低于国家环保法规规定的960 mg/m3的排放标准。

Abstract: LS-06 catalyst for selective oxidation of hydrogen sulfide with good hydrogen sulfide conversion rate and sulfur recovery yield was developed by optimizing the active component, the preparation process,and the carrier. The catalyst was manufactured in industrial scale and applied in a commercial unit. The commercial calibration indicated that the conversion rate of hydrogen sulfide is more than 98.08%, the sulfur recovery rate 91.04% under the conditions of H2S concentration of 0.5% in inlet of super-Claus process. The sulfur dioxide concentration of purified flue gas is below 500 mg/m3, less than 550 mg/m3 of the design requirement, lower than the 960 mg/m3 emissions standards of the national environmental protection regulations.
