回转窑托轮轴瓦油的研制

摘要: 为解决苛刻工况下回转窑托轮轴瓦的润滑问题,研制了一种专用润滑油。选用聚α-烯烃为基础油,通过黏度指数改进剂、极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂和固体添加剂的筛选及复配研究,得到了托轮轴瓦润滑油配方。研制产品具有优异的黏附性和黏温性能、良好的极压性能和抗氧化性能,与市售国外竞品相比具有更加优异的低温性能和承载能力。经过两年的实际使用,研制产品能够满足水泥厂回转窑托轮轴瓦的润滑要求,且解决了原用油在低速重载工况下轴瓦温度升高的问题。

Abstract: In order to solve the lubrication problem of supporting wheel bushing of rotary kiln under harsh working conditions, a special lubricant was developed. In this study, polyalphaolefin was selected as the base oil, and the formula of supporting wheel bushing lubricant was obtained through the selection and compounding of viscosity index improver, extreme pressure antiwear agent, oiliness agent, antioxidant and solid additive. The developed products have excellent adhesion and viscosity temperature performance, good extreme pressure performance and oxidation resistance. Compared with the competitive products sold abroad, they have more excellent low-temperature performance and bearing capacity. After two years of practical use, the developed product can meet the lubrication requirements of the supporting wheel bushing of rotary kiln in cement plant, and solve the problem of the temperature rise of the bearing bush of the original oil under the low speed and heavy load conditions.
