催化裂化液化气脱硫醇系统节能减排工艺改造及效果分析

摘要: 液化石油气(简称液化气)脱硫醇系统目前普遍采用Merox碱洗抽提和碱液空气氧化再生循环工艺。通过分析中国石化北京燕山分公司三号催化裂化装置的废渣、废水、废气排放及节能减排等要素,采取系列创新技术进行生产优化。实现二级高效抽提技术改造及脱硫醇尾气治理,从催化裂化装置源头控制碱渣排放量,同时实现碱渣厂内处理,液化气水洗水减量使用,脱硫醇尾气进再生器处理。通过以上措施,有效降低了装置的碱渣、废水、挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放。

Abstract: Merox caustic washing extraction and caustic liquor air oxidation recycling process are widely used in the Merox mercaptan removal system for liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) at present. By analyzing the waste residue,waste water,waste gas emission and energy saving and emission reduction of the NO.3 FCC unit in SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company,a series of technological innovations was adopted to optimize the production. The measures for technical transformation of two-stage high-efficiency extraction, the tail gas desulfurization,control of the discharge of alkali residue of the catalytic cracking unit were adopted and realized the treatment of alkali residue in plant,reduced use of washing water for LPG,and processed the tail gas in regenerator. Through the above measures,the alkali residue,waste water and VOC emissions of the device were effectively reduced.
