炼化污水有机废气催化燃烧工艺的应用研究

摘要: 中石油云南石化有限公司污水处理场有机废气处理装置采用“强化脱硫-浓度均化-催化燃烧”的工艺技术路线,运行初期工艺波动性较大,反应器出气存在超标风险。通过对工艺运行过程中的各项影响因素逐一排查,分析了硫含量、水蒸气的影响,确定了包括有机废气配比、反应温度、运行空速在内的最优运行条件,确保了工艺的平稳运行,保证了反应器出气的稳定达标排放。

Abstract: The volatile organic componds(VOCs) treatment unit of the wastewater treating plant of PetroChina Yunnan Petrochemical Co. Ltd. adopted the technology route of enhanced desulfurization - concentration homogenization - catalytic combustion. The process fluctuated greatly in the initial stage of operation, and there was a risk of excessive gas output from the reactor. The influence factors of sulfur content and water vapor were analyzed, and the optimum operating conditions including VOCs composition, reaction temperature and air speed were determined, which ensured the stable operation of the process and the stable discharge of gas from the reactor.
