生产对二甲苯的异构化技术发展趋势

摘要: 综述了国内近年来对二甲苯装置运行状况,对未来几年内的行业发展趋势进行了预测。从增产对二甲苯的异构化工艺的现状与发展来看,乙苯脱烷基型异构化工艺具有处理能力大、乙苯转化率高的优势,预计将占据更多的市场份额。对原有转化型二甲苯异构化装置改造为脱烷基型工艺的实例进行了初步分析,尽管实施效果不如新建装置,但消除瓶颈、优化操作工艺等措施是现有装置扩能改建的有效技术途径。此外,还对芳烃生产技术前沿开展的创新研究与探索进行了展望。

Abstract: The status of PX plant in China in recent years is summarized, and the industry development trend in the next few years is predicted. From the current situation and development of the isomerization process for increasing PX production, the ethylbenzene dealkylation process has the advantages of large processing capacity and high conversion rate of ethylbenzene, and is expected to occupy more market shares. An example of the transformation of the original converted type xylene isomerization device to the dealkylation process is analyzed. Although the implementation effect is not as good as the new device, the effective technical approach is to eliminate the bottleneck and optimize the operation process. In addition, the prospect of innovative research and exploration on the frontier of aromatic hydrocarbon production technology is also presented.
