混合碳四加氢工艺研究及产物的裂解性能模拟

摘要: 考察烯烃总质量分数约38%的混合碳四经加氢饱和用作蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料(简称乙烯原料)的可行性,筛选加氢催化剂与工艺条件,利用SPYRO软件测算其裂解产物,并完成了该工艺的经济性分析。推荐的加氢催化剂为镍系催化剂(NCG),工艺条件为反应温度60~90 ℃,压力1.5 MPa,氢烯摩尔比2.0~4.0,新鲜料液相体积空速2.0~4.0 h-1。测算结果表明该混合碳四经加氢饱和用作乙烯原料每年可增效益近2 540万元。

Abstract: The feasibility of hydrogenated mixed C4 with a total olefin content of about 38% as steam cracking material was studied. The selections of hydrogenation catalysts and process conditions were conducted. The composition of cracking product was calculated with the SPYRO software.The economic analysis of the process was examined.The data indicated that Ni containg catalyst NCG is the suitable catalyst, the best reaction conditions are: 60-90 ℃,1.5 MPa,the molar ratio of hydrogen to olefin of 2.0-4.0,the space velocity of fresh liquid feed of 2.0h-1 to 4.0 h-1.The simulation calculation results show that the hydrogenated mixture C4 used as cracking material can achieve good economic benefits of 25.40 million Yuan /a.
