连续重整装置在线换剂技术的工业应用

摘要: 中国石化荆门分公司0.6 Mt/a连续重整装置采用UOP三代 Cyclemax技术,于2017年12月实施了国内首次连续重整装置在线换剂技术工业应用。结果表明,在线更换新催化剂后,氢气和C5+液体收率增加,氢气纯度提高,在线换剂达到与停工换剂基本相同的置换效果,使重整催化剂的更换不受制于计划检修时间的制约,同时装置不需要停工检修就能完成换剂。

Abstract: The third generation cyclemax technology of UOP was used in a 60kt/a CCR at Jingmen Refinery. In December 2017, the industrial application of on-line catalyst replacement technology was conducted on the device for the first time in China. It is certified that the technology of on-line catalyst change can create great economic benefits; after renewal of catalysts on line, the yields of H2 and C5+ liquid product increases and the H2 purity is higher. The timing of changing the catalyst is not subject to the restriction of scheduled maintenance time, and the device can complete the changing agent without stopping maintenance.
