利用添加剂提高延迟焦化液体产品收率的研究

摘要: 通过实验室小型焦化评价装置考察了金属化合物、富芳组分和自由基生成剂等3种添加剂对延迟焦化液体产品分布的影响,发现不同添加剂对提高液体产品收率的效果和机理不同,其中富芳组分催化裂化油浆在掺兑量(w)小于10%时对焦化原料反应产物分布影响不大,掺10%时液体产率略增;自由基生成剂四氢萘添加后抑焦效果明显,焦炭产率降低1.32百分点,液体产品收率提高5.21百分点,但其成本高,不宜推广应用;综合考虑,具有应用前景的是金属化合物添加剂,液体收率可提高1.2百分点。

Abstract: The effect of three additives including metal compounds、aromatic components and radical generating agents on the distribution of delayed coking liquid products was investigated by the laboratory small coking evaluation device. It was found that the effect and mechanism of different additives on the yield of liquid products were different. Blending FCC slurry less than 10% has little effect on the product distribution of coking, and the liquid yield is increased slightly when blending 10% of the slurry. The coke yield decreases by 1.32 percentage points after adding tetralin, while the yield of liquid product increase 5.21 percentage points. However, due to its high cost, it is not suitable for popularization and application. Considering comprehensively, the metal compound additive has application prospect. The metal compound additive can increase the yield of liquid products by 1.2 percentage points.
