一步法预硫化型Ni-Mo/Al2O3催化剂的性能研究

摘要: 以水溶性复合硫化物为硫化剂制备了一步法预硫化型Ni-Mo/Al2O3催化剂FS-1,以氧化型Ni-Mo/Al2O3催化剂FO-1为参比剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)等表征方法对催化剂物化性质进行了表征,并对比考察了FS-1与FO-1对焦化汽油的加氢脱硫脱氮性能。结果表明:FS-1对焦化汽油的加氢脱硫脱氮性能优于FO-1,这可能是由于FS-1具有更高的硫化度、适宜的MoS2堆积层数和片晶长度,更易形成高加氢活性的II型Ni-Mo-S相,使其具有更高本征加氢活性所致。

Abstract: One-step presulfided Ni-Mo/Al2O3 catalyst FS-1 was prepared by using a water-soluble complex sulfide as sulfurizing agent. The oxidation state Ni-Mo/Al2O3 catalyst FO-1 is used as the reference catalyst. The physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The performance of FS-1 and FO-1 on the hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation of coking naphtha was investigated. The results showed that the performance of FS-1 is superior to FO-1. This attributes to the higher sulfidity of FS-1, the appropriate number of accumulation layers of MoS2, and the length of the wafer. It is easier to form the type II Ni-Mo-S active phase with high hydrogenation activity, so that it has higher intrinsic hydrogenation activity.
