汽油机油高温沉积物及环粘结评定台架的建立及试验方法研究

摘要: 按照欧洲润滑剂和燃料油性能试验协调委员会CEC L-88-02方法,使用PSA TU5发动机作为试验机,建立轻负荷发动机油评定台架。选择参考油RL216和试验油进行台架测试,进行汽油机油的高温沉积物和活塞环粘结的测试方法研究。试验结果表明,参考油的标定试验结果满足方法标定范围。台架试验重复性较好,可以考察发动机油的运动黏度增长、活塞沉积物、活塞环粘结、机油消耗等指标,可以较好地区分不同种类发动机油的高温抗氧化及清净性。从试验结果可以看出,试验油的锌、磷含量有上升趋势,运动黏度增长与机油消耗具有一定的相关性。降低发动机油的基础油蒸发损失有利于通过TU5台架测试。TU5发动机台架的建立可以更好地为我国高档发动机油的研制提供台架支持和评定手段。

Abstract: According to the Coordinating European Council CEC L-88-02 method,the PSA TU5 engine was used as the test machine to establish an evaluation bench for light load engine oils. The reference oil RL216 and test oil were selected for the evaluation method establishment of high temperature deposits and piston ring bond of gasoline engine oil. The test results showed that the calibration of reference oil met the calibration range of the method. The bench test had a good repeatability and could be used to investigate the motor kinematic viscosity growth of engine oil,piston sediment and piston ring bond,engine oil consumption and other indicators,and to distinguish the high temperature oxidation resistance and cleanness of different engine oils. The experimental results indicated that the content of elements Zn and P in the test oil showed an upward trend,and that the increase of kinematic viscosity expressed some relations with oil consumption. Reducing the base oil evaporation loss of the engine oil was beneficial to passing through the TU5 stand. The establishment of TU5 engine bench can better provide the bench support and evaluation means for the development of high-grade engine oil in China.
