连续重整装置结垢问题及解决措施

摘要: 对连续催化重整装置预加氢反应器顶部、循环氢压缩机汽轮机、重整产物分离罐和膜分离压缩机出口分液罐出现的结垢进行了定性、定量分析和红外结构表征,分析了结垢原因及结垢对装置的影响。结果表明:预加氢反应器顶部垢样主要为腐蚀产物和结焦物;循环氢压缩机汽轮机垢样主要为积炭和蒸汽中杂质,垢样中金属元素主要为Fe,Ni,Cu,Ca,质量分数分别为69.78%,19.16%,4.67%,4.18 %;重整产物分离罐和膜分离压缩机出口分液罐垢样主要为腐蚀产物和氯化铵盐。装置检修后恢复了在预加氢反应段的注水操作,通过洗涤除去体系的氯化铵,防止铵盐析出堵塞管线;新增一个液相脱氯罐,利用性能优良的脱氯剂,控制系统内的氯含量,减缓结盐的趋势。

Abstract: The qualitative and quantitative analysis and IR characterization were conducted for scales in several parts of the continuous catalytic reforming unit. The reason of scaling and its influence on the unit were analyzed. The scale analysis showed that the samples at the top of the pre-hydrogenation reactor composed of corrosion products and coke, while the deposits at the steam turbine were mainly carbon deposition and impurity in steam. Samples contained metals including Fe (69.78%), Ni (19.16%), Cu (4.67%) and Ca (4.18%). Corrosion products and ammonium chloride were the major constituents in the separation tank of reforming products and the outlet tank of membrane separation compressor. After the overhaul of the device, the water injection operation in the pre-hydrogenation reaction section was resumed to remove the ammonium chloride in the system to prevent ammonium salt from separating out and blocking the pipeline. A new liquid-phase dechlorination tank is added, and a set of dechlorinating agent with excellent performance is added to control the chlorine content in the system and slow down the trend of salt deposition.
