环烷基橡胶填充油低温发雾的原因分析及应对措施

摘要: 中石油克拉玛依石化有限责任公司针对其生产的环烷基橡胶填充油(简称橡胶油)在低温下出现发雾不透明现象开展了针对性的试验与分析。结果表明:低温下橡胶油发雾是油中微量水引起的;当油中水质量分数低至11 μg/g时,低温下橡胶油仍可保持清澈透亮。该公司通过采取改造减压塔汽提段、利用干燥空气在罐内脉冲汽提48 h及出厂前用滤纸过滤三项措施,将橡胶油中水质量分数控制在10 μg/g以下,解决了橡胶油低温发雾问题。

Abstract: A specific experiment and analysis were carried out on the phenomenon of fog opacity in naphthenic rubber extender oil at low temperature by PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company. The results showed that the formation of mist at low temperature resulted from the trace amount of water in the oil. When the mass fraction of water was 11 μg/g in the rubber oil,the oil could still be kept clearly and brightly at low temperature. Through reforming the stripping section of vacuum column and using air impulse stripping 48 h in the air-drying tank and filter paper filtering before going out factory, the mass fraction of water in the rubber oil was controlled less than 10 μg/g and the problem of rubber oil fogging at low temperature was solved.
